Services

Tribeca Printworks provides custom fine-art printing, framing, mounting, scanning, and related services. Product appearance (color, texture, finish) may vary slightly due to the nature of custom production and differences in device displays.

Orders, quotes & payment

Quotes are based on the specifications you provide and may be adjusted if those specifications change. Orders are confirmed once payment (or agreed deposit) is received. You are responsible for ensuring uploaded files and approved proofs are correct before production begins.

Turnaround & delivery

We work to meet estimated turnaround times, but they are estimates and not guarantees; large or specialty jobs and material lead times may affect timing. Shipping and delivery timelines depend on the carrier and destination.

Customer content & intellectual property

You represent that you own or have the rights to any images or artwork you submit for printing or framing, and you authorize us to reproduce them solely to fulfill your order. Website content, branding, and materials are owned by Tribeca Printworks and may not be used without permission.

Cancellations, changes & satisfaction

Because our work is custom-made to order, changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has begun. If you are not satisfied with your order, contact us and we will work to make it right consistent with our satisfaction commitment.

Text messaging

If you opt in to text messages, our SMS practices (message types, frequency, rates, and STOP/HELP opt-out) are described in our Privacy Policy. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

Our services and website are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tribeca Printworks is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
